The office staff are very, very knowledgeable and helpful, and the maintenance staff is great. My apartment never has issues and if it does, the maintenance crew takes care of it right away. A car was completely shot up outside my bedroom window with everything stolen out of it. It was so common to hear gunshots almost every single night. I would be woken up at night with police lights in my window. They took my deposit and won’t tell me exactly what the charges were for, even though I meticulously cleaned the apartment when i moved out. The apartments are old, the carpet was stained, cockroaches were everywhere, you can hear your neighbors conversations through the walls, the staff are RUDE and never want to help you. I had a man put his hands in the window of my car because I didn’t want to give him money for gas.
